Name:
Scribble Urstras
Gender:
Female
Age:
19
Birthday:
July 30th
Village:
Born in Berk, residing in Tale
Job:
Blacksmith
Weapon(s):
Her tool of art; a formidable hammer which she keeps strapped onto her back. It’s common to see her pulling the weapon from its sash in order to ‘gently’ bap people up the head with it.
Appearance:

Scribble is, as her name suggests, confusing. A girl with a lithe shape, like so many other girls her own age, she hides herself beneath heavy coats and boots, animal pelts and Viking helmets, giving her a surprisingly tough appearance. Her hair, mostly hazel with a brief hint of red, is decorated in very short braids considering the small length of her cut. It peaks messily out from beneath her helmet, adding to her wild-ish appearance. Freckles heavily tint her pale cheeks, giving her dark eyes an almost natural inebriated look. Her most constant accessory (other than her faithful hammer) are her gloves. Heavy leather gloves with molded iron knuckles, efficient for handling hot metal ware, rough handles, and occasionally landing an uppercut on any unsuspecting jaws. She has protective padding along her upper arms, sewed on in order to keep her dragons from clawing her whilst they scramble along her body.
Personality:
Extremely easy-going, Scribble is famous for her highly creative designs and low smithing prices. She’s often the first smith any rider will request a job from as she keeps a good quality standard for her work without the outrageous pricing. Unfortunately, she’s an all rounder smith, so the riders that require advanced work on the equipments for their specific dragon species soon have to find other smiths to take on their requests.
It’s not unusual to see her leaning against the door frame to her shop, in her hands her latest finished work, her two loyal ‘assistants’ perched on each of her shoulders. Her mouth is also curved in a silly grin, as if she’d just had a swig of liquor (which she’s very fond of). Despite her continuous joking nature and her almost infuriatingly calm demeanor in these times of war, one shouldn’t assume Scribble to be foolish or insensitive. She’s never seen frowning, even when angry or sad. The only difference let on are by her words, her choice of action, and her eyes. A safe warning, do not interrupt her if she’s working on any piece with what appears to be infuriating strength. More lightly than not… she is infuriated and will not hesitate to chuck a hammer into the intruder. You’ll be lucky if she doesn’t toss whatever she’s working with as that’ll be steaming hot.
Scribble’s greatest hope is to be able to create advanced armory and equipment for all dragon species, which she’d than sell for low prices. To her, smithing is far more than simply melding metal. Smithing is the ability to allow a rider and a dragon fly at the best of their capabilities. And, really, there’s nothing like flying on a dragon’s back.
Dragon:
Sketch and Scrap
Species:
Terrible Terrors
Appearance:
Sketch and Scrap are sibling dragons, hatched from the same mother. While sketch is your common green dragon, Scrap has a tint of yellow and red along his scales and produces a bizarre green flame. The flame has no difference when compared to that of other dragons, but it leaves an interesting scorch mark along whatever it touches. In the case of metal, the flame licks along the surface, leaving behind a beautiful emerald color that cannot be removed. This strange coloring is what Scribble uses as her signature in her crafting works. They’re both fairly young and, as such, need practice regarding the aim of their flame shots. However, as they provide Scribble her smithing flames, they’ve perfected the ability to control the flame’s intensity. Occasionally, the two can be found covered in charcoal. As it seems, they ‘help’ Scribble design her equipments. Although they don’t actually get the job done, their antics keep Scribble in a good mood.
Personality:
Unlike most Terrible Terrors, Sketch and Scrap have a very healthy relationship between each other and rarely ever fight. They have a very deep understanding of their owner despite the inability for them to communicate with Scribble and are particularly protective of her. Although Scribble rarely ever has an admirer, the siblings make sure to rid themselves of the male in question as quickly as they possibly can. Mischievous as are the dragons of their species, the only reason for which they don’t make as many pranks as they usually would is Scribble. Often kept entertained or busy by their owner, they’ve become very tame and docile towards anyone who isn’t attempting to swoon their smithy from them.
They enjoy perching onto Scribbles shoulders, watching as she works and accompanying her anywhere, especially when she has to deliver any done equipment. They interact well with other dragons, usually playing simple games or simply nestling close to the larger species in order to share warmth.
Sketch appears to have a more flirtatious nature though, clearly hanging near any other female dragon, be it his species or not. Scrap, on the other hand, is far more aloof and often oblivious to his surroundings until startled awake from his wonderings.
Both are undergoing mild dragon training in order to aid in protecting the village and their tamer. While they do not head out into battle, all dragons and their tamers which remain in the village must be instructed on some form of battle in order to protect the village from possible surprise assaults.
Other Information:
Scribble had always been fascinated with flight. After the taming of dragons, her father allowed her to ride on the back of his Zippleback, the two of them soaring among the clouds and skies with ease. Strangely enough, Scribble never chased after the sensation of flight again. Instead, she adopted two abandoned Terrible Terror eggs and raised Sketch and Scrap. While she may never have a dragon which she may ride, she doesn't lament it. She's proud of her ability to make other riders fly at their best with their reptilian partners. If anyone ever were to insult her dragons or Terrible Terrors altogether for being rideless dragons, they'd be in for a heavy hammering.
Although it isn't widely known, Scribble will never refuse to ride on a dragon's back given the chance. Sadly, her father had been the only one to offer her that chance thus far.
